DRAPER, Utah, Aug. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- HealthEquity, Inc. (NASDAQ: HQY), a nationwide health savings account administrator, hosted an open house for the opening of its new building in Draper, Utah. HealthEquity employs 662 Utah-based professionals with 160 team members moving to the new building with room for continued growth. The new building is located at 38 E. Scenic Pointe Drive.
Utah Gov. Gary Herbert attended the event and delivered a brief message. The open house featured a building and art tour and catered food while string quartets from the Utah Symphony performed throughout the space. HealthEquity's team members contributed original art pieces displayed throughout the building along with art acquired from around the world.

Last year the Governor's Office of Economic Development (GOED) and HealthEquity announced an estimated 200 new HealthEquity jobs in Utah over the course of the next six years. Since this announcement in December, HealthEquity has already added 105 new team members.
